A review of SG BusLeh, a bus arrival app for both SBS and SMRT bus timing in Singapore.

SG BusLeh was awarded the Most Innovative Solution at the LTA's Land Transport Excellence Awards 2016. It is important to note that SG BusLeh is not affiliated with LTA, SMRT, or SBS, and does not represent them in any way.

This app retrieves bus arrival data from the Land Transport Authority's (LTA) Datamall. It is a convenient tool for checking bus arrival times.

 <li>It offers the ability to check EZ-Link card balances without needing to find a physical machine.</li>

 <li>The app offers a unified search function, allowing users to search for bus numbers, postal codes, buildings, road names, or bus-stop IDs.</li>
 <li>Favourites feature enables users to save frequently used bus stops and even rename them.</li>
 <li>Bus routes can be easily accessed by tapping on the bus service number.</li>
 <li>The app is optimized for speed and provides lag-free access to the latest timing information from LTA.</li>
 <li>SG BusLeh can be used on Android Wear smartwatches (only for paid users).</li>
 <li>Users can see the interval between the previous and upcoming buses, helping predict crowdedness at their stop.</li>
 <li>Notification feature allows users to be notified when their desired bus is arriving.</li>
</ol>

SG BusLeh acknowledges the Android app permission system to be confusing, but assures users that they only request permissions necessary for app functionality and are not interested in personal data.
